If you are a new client and have questions and/or concerns, prior to scheduling online, please contact us. All appointments are booked online.
After scheduling, you can always check our online schedule to move your appointment to an earlier or later date, should you need to change your appointment. Your appointment can be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
To make any change to a scheduled appointment, you can utilize the link (email and/or text) that you received at the time of booking. This takes you directly to the online booking portal and the upcoming scheduling calendar.
If you cannot find your confirmation (email/text), you can call or text Present Waters directly at (757) 917-3600.
Your appointment starts at your scheduled time. If you are at all late, your session time will be shortened accordingly. Please keep in mind that a shortened or rushed session does not offer the same results as a full, relaxed treatment.
Clients who are continually late will be asked to prepay for their colon hydrotherapy appointments. We understand the trivialities of life, and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please try and do your best to assist us in helping you as well.
There will be no refunds once your deposit or payment has been made. We have a no refund policy on any services cancelled, any services provided, no-shows, late appointments, and prepaid packages. You will be provided a credit, if applicable.
